About

I am convinced most organizations treat their employees like children only to get frustrated when they don’t act like adults. At the start of my career, I realized I was doing this myself as I began leading teams and later organizations. Through lots of study, false starts, success and failures, I began to understand what was truly required to get a group of people to function like a team, and ultimately, become an accountable team. During the twenty-three year span of my “working career” at three different organizations, I learned and applied these principles. This would become my true passion – helping others on their journey to transform their organization. For the past thirteen years I have worked with other 500 organizations across all industry sectors to engage and empower employees by changing the way they manage accountability from the inside.

Bio

I bring over two decades of diverse corporate experience to my role as a business consultant, having occupied a multitude of positions across the corporate landscape. My insights on what makes a team a highly functional one (versus a dysfunctional one) has grown to a foolproof approach that can be tailored to ANY team.
